- All Virtual Machines come with 1 Public IP
- All Virtual Machines are secured with a firewall and anti-virus
- All Virtual Machines have basic load-balancing capabilities
- Package to have a minimum commitment of 1 month
- Operating System licenses are provided by etisalat
- Package includes a maximum of 5 change requests per month while an additional 10 change requests will be charged at AED 300 per month
- Service Level Availability of 99.9% is provided for the uptime of Operating System
